Senior Project Manager, Advanced Operations

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be part of Stryker's international Advanced Operations CMF PMO team, responsible for developing process strategies for products in the Cranio-Maxillo-Facial (CMF) area—from the initial concept to the successful start of production using efficient manufacturing methods. This is a hybrid role based out of Mahwah, New Jersey.

What You Will Do: 

• Lead projects for implementing supply chains and manufacturing strategies for new patient-specific products. 
• Accountability for all design transfer activities and to deliver the product on time, in scope, in quality and on budget. 
• Manage project and product costs while proactively identifying and mitigating project risks. 
• Activate and motivate the project team to drive project success and achieve goals on time. 
• Collaborate closely with R&D, production, and suppliers to understand end-customer needs and ensure successful project implementation. 
• Innovate and improve the current project management tools and the PMO governance. Mentor and coach other Project Managers

What You Need:

• Bachelors Degree
• 6+ years of post-grad work experience
• 4+ years of Project Management experience
• PMP or equivalent preferred

$123,100.00 - 205,200 annual salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
