This position is a 6 month fixed term contract position based in Singapore or Seoul.
What you will be doing: Your role as a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner is a full life cycle recruitment position responsible for partnering with Hiring Managers and HR to identify, attract and acquire top talent to support Stryker’s organizational needs. This position will have coverage of our East Asia Region, providing the opportunity to partner across multiple markets.
While not all encompassing, this role’s primary activities can be grouped into three main areas:
Recruit
- You use your strength and passion in finding candidates with advanced recruiting tools and techniques to acquire top talent
- You chart the course by defining and executing the best candidate attraction strategies
- You share a compelling career opportunities based on the candidate’s motivation
- You will conduct initial phone screens with candidates to assess technical skills and cultural fit and present candidate match & value to hiring team
- You deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout entire recruitment lifecycle
- You use market data and are a subject matter expert in your assigned function
- You positively promote Stryker’s brand
Advise & Lead
- Listen to and understand the needs of stakeholders
- Provide hiring teams guidance and consultation on recruitment process, policy, technology, industry trends and best practices
- Influence hiring managers with market data that shapes recruitment approach and decision making
- Communicate consistently and proactively to ensure alignment and remove barriers
- Tactfully drive the hiring process
- Accurately manage candidate / requisition lifecycle in ATS for data integrity for reporting
Innovate
- Identify recruitment market trends, tools, technologies and best practices and share this information through the appropriate teams for assessment and adoption
Who are we looking for:
- 3+ years Talent Acquisition experience, ideally gained within a fast paced MNC environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to utilize data to influence
- Someone who is comfortable leveraging recruitment tools / technologies
- Exposure to hiring into multiple Asian countries preferred
- Fluency in English essential, Mandarin/Cantonese/Korean skills also advantageous
