Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
Treasury System Implementation: Assist with the implementation of new treasury management system for the European business
Support onboarding and integration of banks into the system
Assist with testing system configurations, workflows, and reporting outputs
Help document system processes, mapping, and functional specifications
Participate in troubleshooting activities with IT and system administrators
Rent Roll System Implementation: Support the deployment of a new rent roll management system across the European business.
Facilitate onboarding of third-parties onto the platform
Develop, document, and manage operational support processes
Identify and implement automation solutions, including leveraging AI tools, to streamline data reviews and operational tasks
Data Quality Management: Help ensure the consistency, accuracy, and completeness of key data sets
Assist in maintaining and cleansing reference data
Perform data collection, validation, reconciliation, and anomaly detection
Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve data quality issues
Drive automation initiatives to enhance data quality processes using AI and other innovative tools
Data Process Automation: Support the design and improvement of automated data flows and integrations across teams and systems
Partner across teams to design and improve automated data flows
Assist in the development and enhancement of APIs, interfaces, and data pipelines (coding not required, but curiosity and willingness to learn are encouraged)
Conduct testing of data integrations and document outcomes
Data Analysis and Visualization: Develop and deliver insightful reports and analyses to support business decision-making
Contribute to defining requirements for dashboards, KPIs, and reporting automation
Oversee the creation and maintenance of interactive dashboards using Power BI
Produce ad hoc reports and analyses as needed
What you can bring:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or similar
Coursework or projects in data visualization, databases/SQL, or automation
Experience in data analysis, system support, business operations analysis, or financial systems roles
Experience in real estate, asset management, or treasury is a plus— but not required
Hands-on exposure to system implementations or data migrations is highly valued
Strong Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables, power query preferred)
Power BI (building visuals, data modeling basics)
Basic SQL for querying and validating data
Treasury systems or ERPs a plus— but not required
Databases (SQL Server, Snowflake, BigQuery, etc.) a plus— but not required
Data profiling or data quality tools a plus— but not required
Python (basic scripting)
Proficient in English (must have)
German language skills a plus— but not required
Excellent organisation skills, attention to detail and accuracy a necessity
Self-driven and shows strong self-initiative to meet deliverables and overcome issues
Able to take ownership and follow through with tasks until completion
Comfortable to learn new software technology and programs
Ability to collaborate with IT, business teams, vendors and other third parties
