Role Overview:
We are excited to invite a visionary Vice President to lead within the Global Corporate Controllers organization. This role is crucial in managing global non-compensation expense accounting, owning end-to-end processes, and providing inspiring people leadership. Your strategic thinking and operational excellence will drive transformative change across our complex, global Finance environment.
Key Skills and Responsibilities:
Global Accounting & Controllership:
Champion global non-compensation expense accounting with precision and compliance.
Lead Month-End Close processes, ensuring seamless account sign-off and proactive issue resolution.
Collaborate with audit, risk, and control teams; manage Balance Sheet and P&L reconciliations; support audit requirements.
Process Management & Operational Excellence:
Own and enhance global accounting processes, driving strategic improvements.
Identify opportunities for automation and AI-enabled enhancements to elevate efficiency.
Leadership and People Management:
Inspire and mentor a high-performing controllership team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Firmwide & System Change Leadership:
Lead or participate in transformative firmwide accounting process and system changes.
Collaborate with Technology and global Finance hubs to ensure seamless implementation.
Stakeholder Management:
Engage proactively with global stakeholders and internal clients, delivering clear and concise communication to leadership.
Navigating Demanding Periods:
Ensure stability and consistent performance during challenging month-end cycles.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Over 10 years of relevant Finance/Accounting experience.
Proven track record in Month-End Close leadership.
Experience with automation, AI, and workflow tools.
Strong communication, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
