About the role
This is a perfect role for an early career professional, interested in building their career in Project Management. As an Associate Project Manager (APM), you will support and deliver Vocera communication and workflow solutions across the ANZ region. You will independently manage low‑complexity projects, such as small deployments, expansions, handset refreshes, and workflow updates, while supporting Senior Project Managers on medium and large acute‑care deployments.

Key responsibilities
Manage end‑to‑end delivery of low‑complexity projects (new deployments, expansions, device rollouts, workflow updates).
Own customer communication, scheduling, documentation, governance artefacts, and issue management.
Support Senior PMs on medium and large‑scale acute hospital deployments, including planning, design workshops, integration discussions, change management, and go‑live activities.
Build strong working relationships with customers, Implementation Engineers, Clinical Informaticists, Sales and internal teams.
Attend on‑site project activities as required (10–15% travel).
Uphold project delivery standards, documentation quality, governance and escalation pathways.
Contribute to continuous improvement and participate in lessons‑learned initiatives.
Required experience
1–3 years in project coordination, project support, technology delivery support, healthcare operations or similar roles within corporate or clinical environments.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint.
Exposure to project management or collaboration tools (e.g. Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project, Salesforce).
Demonstrated interest in project management as a career.
Preferred experience (nice to have but not essential)
Exposure to healthcare, IT, SaaS, telecommunications or clinical workflows.
Experience in aged care or hospital environments.
Understanding of or some exposure to PRINCE2, Agile, PMP or similar.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Health Informatics or related discipline.
