Senior Manager, Medical Education LatAm (Hybrid)

What you will do-

As a Senior Manager, Medical Education LatAm, you will lead the strategy, development, and execution of medical education programs, driving capability building, stakeholder engagement, and business impact across the region.

• Lead and develop a high-performing team, ensuring effective prioritization, problem-solving, and project execution.
• Define and execute the regional Medical Education strategy aligned with global priorities.
• Design and deliver HCP education programs leveraging market segmentation and health economics insights.
• Collaborate with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to co-create impactful educational content and initiatives.
• Identify market trends and competitive insights to evolve training platforms and offerings.
• Establish performance metrics, analyze outcomes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage budget allocation, evaluate investments, and optimize resource utilization.
• Partner cross-functionally (Marketing, Sales Training, Medical Affairs) to enhance program effectiveness and adoption.

What you need-

Required

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proven professional experience in the area.
• Experience in leadership and people management capabilities.

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
• Experience in Medical Devices or Medical Education.
