What you will do:
As our Sr. Enterprise Market Insights Manager, you will serve as a strategic leader responsible for advancing Stryker’s enterprise fact base and enabling data-driven decision-making at the highest levels of the organization. You will integrate competitive intelligence, market research, and industry insights to inform the strategic planning process, identify risks and opportunities, and shape long-term growth strategies. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, you will translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that drive organizational learning and business performance. You will also lead and develop top talent while strengthening cross-divisional partnerships and elevating the overall maturity of market insights capabilities across the enterprise.
Leads a team of professionals, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and fostering an environment that promotes personal growth and development
Evaluates the products, services, and markets of multiple competitors; advises on major competitors and monitors market activity and penetration
Facilitates competitive intelligence deep dives and communicates enterprise-level market trends to an executive audience
Designs and facilitates the annual Fact Base program; maintains a strong understanding of industry and competitor strategies to represent market shifts accurately
Interprets business risks, potential threats, and opportunities using predictive modeling; advises on the relationship between financial, performance, and operational data
Selects and applies appropriate market research methods; combines historical and current data; analyzes validity, reliability, and statistical significance of results
Utilizes market research and third-party data to identify industry trends and shares knowledge of the regulatory environment and industry dynamics
Guides teams through category definition and monitors market trends to identify sources of volume and strategic focus
Works with business partners to uncover underlying business needs, scope high-value learning opportunities, and reframe requests to maximize learning value
Proactively captures opportunities to influence business decisions; guides decision makers in incorporating research findings and recommendations into strategies while identifying future knowledge gaps
What you need:
Required:
Bachelor's degree required
10+ years of professional work experience required
5+ years of market research experience preferred
Preferred:
MBA preferred
2+ years of people management experience preferred
$118,000 - $255,700 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
