We're seeking someone to join our team as an Analyst in the Legal and Compliance division.
In the Legal & Compliance division, we assist the Firm in achieving its business objectives by facilitating and overseeing the Firm's management of legal, regulatory and franchise risk. This is an Analyst level position within the Oversight, Monitoring and Testing.

What you'll do in the role:
Provide advice and guidance to employees on their investing and outside activities
Make sure Account related documentation is complete
Review employee personal account trades
What you'll bring to the role:
At least 0-2 years’ relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role
Basic understanding of regulatory regime in different jurisdictions
Basic understanding of financial markets and products
Should be comfortable working with technology and the ability to provide solutions to enhance system efficiency
Industry qualifications i.e. Graduate /Post Graduate / MBA
Understanding the implications of risk involved
Strong Analytical and Communication skills
Attention to detail
