We are looking for a talented Territory Sales – Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Sales in Henderson, CO.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Drive revenue growth by converting inbound inquiries into sales, proactively developing new opportunities, and executing effective cross‑sell and up‑sell strategies.
- Expand the customer base through disciplined lead generation, cold calling, and targeted outreach that creates meaningful sales pipeline opportunities.
- Strengthen customer loyalty by delivering a seamless, customer‑centric sales experience from lead to close using the Cummins Sales Process.
- Support sales cycle efficiency by generating qualified leads, managing RFPs/quotations, and assisting sales representatives in negotiations aligned with company guidelines.
- Enhance operational accuracy by maintaining up‑to‑date customer records, managing account setups, and ensuring data integrity within CRM and sales systems.
- Resolve customer issues quickly by troubleshooting transaction challenges, addressing concerns, and escalating receivables or complex issues when needed.
- Improve forecasting and business planning by maintaining accurate sales entries, forecasts, and performance tracking using established tools and processes.
- Increase customer value and long‑term business growth by identifying opportunities to improve processes, strengthen internal coordination, and align inventory, service, and delivery with customer expectations.

- An understanding of channel dynamics and pricing strategy , enabling you to navigate industry structures, align pricing with key stakeholders, and support business targets.
- Proficiency in account planning, forecasting, and pipeline management , using data-driven insights, customer behaviors, and diagnostic questioning to shape sales strategies, predict demand, and tailor solutions that drive revenue growth.
QUALIFICATIONS
. Education, Licenses, Certifications:
- Advanced certificates or college degree in the field of Sales or Marketing, or an acceptable combination of education and experience required.
- This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience:
- Limited prior experience required.
- Experience as a quote analyst or another sales support function desirable.
- Limited travel may be required.
- Experience with customer relationship management software desirable.
- Experience with other software-based sales and business tools desirable.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in Commercial Power Generation or a closely related industrial/commercial environment is preferred.
