Key Responsibilities / Duties

Lead the sourcing strategy and execution for real estate investment opportunities
Develop investment acquisition plans and manage internal approval processes
Review and approve pricing models and cash flow underwriting
Oversee due diligence processes and risk assessments
Direct acquisition negotiations and finalize contractual terms
Supervise closing activities including legal, financial, and tax aspects
Manage loan structuring and negotiations with financial institutions
Propose and structure real estate-related investment products
Mentor and manage investment team members and oversee performance
Work Experience / Knowledge / Education / Formal Qualifications
Work Experience / Knowledge:
Minimum 15 years of experience in real estate investment
Strong expertise in deal sourcing, underwriting, acquisition negotiations, and closing
In-depth understanding of economic and real estate market trends
Proficiency in preparing investment committee memo and financial models
Experience in negotiating with domestic and international financial institutions
Formal Education:
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or real estate certifications preferred

Strong leadership and team management skills
Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
Excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
