What you will do:
Develop and maintain outstanding relationships with Stryker’s new and existing customers and drives recurrent sales cycles and continuous growth.
Cultivate new sales opportunities alongside the Regional Sales Manager, alongside planning and executing a quarterly and annual business plan, identifying existing revenue streams, and driving acquisitions across the territory.
Manage capital sales cycles for high value products. Provide consistent and timely reporting of key account activities, forecasts, account receivables and other ad-hoc reports.
Provide surgeons and operating room staff with training and use of our Stryker’s products.
Attend sales training meetings, trade shows and other internal and external events to promote and give visibility to the companies’ products.
Achieve territory financial targets through effective customer management and new business development.
What you need:
Bachelor degree in business, science or similar field
5 to 10 years of sales experience into Medical device especially handled customers from Neuro, Spine, ENT, Onco & Pain.
Proven record in sales management, channel management and key account management with experience of both government and private business.
Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services, including marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
