Implementation Specialist

Wellthy is seeking an Implementation Specialist to lead the onboarding and implementation of new employer clients, as well as support program expansions and enhancements for existing partners. This role requires strong project management skills, clear communication, and exceptional attention to detail. You will manage multiple implementations simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, guide clients through discovery, translate their goals into actionable plans, and ensure a seamless launch experience. You will report directly to the Implementation Manager, Client Success.
