Product Management Intern

Mon Ami is seeking a Product Manager Intern to join our team and help build impactful products by collaborating closely with experienced Product Managers and cross-functional teams. As a PM Intern, you will learn to refine ideas with engineering, understand technical trade-offs, anticipate user needs for data and reports, and test new features to ensure a seamless user experience. You will support real projects, develop your product thinking, and see how ideas move from concept to launch in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities will include:

• Collaborate with engineering to refine product ideas and understand technical trade-offs
• Think through user needs for data and reporting after feature launches
• Test new features and anticipate potential user confusion
• Support experienced Product Managers in decision-making and project execution
• Contribute to the business impact of projects
• Take initiative and adapt quickly as part of a small, agile startup team
• Marshal resources to achieve project goals
