Are you a technically oriented profile with the ability to manage integration projects?

As a Country Launch Manager, you will lead new country launches both from a business and technical perspective. You will be the project manager handling all aspects of a Country Launch with the primary responsibility to plan and coordinate the roll-out together with internal stakeholder. In addition, you will support other stakeholders with in-country commercial opportunities, define in-country demands and validate business cases for new markets with Sales leaders and participate in compliance and partner dialogues.

About The Role

In this opportunity as Country Launch Manager, you will:

  • You will act as country launch project manager for eInvoicing new compliance requirements
  • You will plan, lead, and manage country launch projects including stakeholders reporting
  • You will coordinate and plan activities with stakeholders from different departments such as Sales, Regulatory Affairs, Partner, and Integration
  • You will participate in requirements analysis with regions e.g., define the demand
  • You will do business analysis for new countries
  • You will coordinate and report progress to country launch stakeholders
  • You will support the enablement of the Professional Service teams in collaboration with Integration/and Platform Integration to be able to support new mandates
  • You will develop and improve processes within Product organization and between other departments; Presale, Partner, R&D, Integration/PIE & Support

About You

You’re a fit for the role of Country Launch Manager if you have the following required qualifications:

  • Educational background in areas of system integrations and/or IT Project Management and/or similar tech-oriented educational background
  • You are a driven, ambitious and independent person
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Experienced with or interested in managing software integration/implementation projects
  • You can understand the full picture, as well as dive deep into the details
  • Minimum 4 years work experience
  • Fluent English skills (speaking and writing) plus additional languages as French/Spanish/German/Chinese
  • Successfully pass an extended background check (criminal and credit)

Additional preferred qualifications include:

  • Deep knowledge and understanding of Pagero Services and processes
  •  You are self-driven and have both technical, business and communication interest to improve Pagero Network and processes 
  • Understanding of our customers general business processes and needs connected to O2C and P2P compliance
