You will gain exposure to multiple functions, work with cutting-edge technologies, and contribute to projects that directly impact how medical devices are produced. This is a unique opportunity to build technical and operational expertise while shaping the future of manufacturing.
- Rotate across key functions such as Continuous Improvement, Project Management, and Manufacturing Operations over a 20-month period.
- Investigate, design, and implement new manufacturing processes and technologies to improve efficiency and performance.
- Apply structured problem-solving and lean methodologies to address manufacturing challenges and drive improvements.
- Support validation of equipment and processes, both internally and with external vendors.
- Develop and qualify test equipment and methods to ensure product and process reliability.
- Participate in initiatives to meet production and supply commitments within manufacturing operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a regulated environment to ensure compliance and quality standards.
- Analyze manufacturing performance and implement continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Biomedical, Electrical, Electronic, Software, Digital, or related discipline) or currently on track to complete it.
- Graduation date between June 2024 and September 2026.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and product or process design.
- Advanced English level
Preferred:
- Exposure to manufacturing, engineering projects, or internships in industrial environments.
- Familiarity with continuous improvement or lean manufacturing concepts.
- Experience working in academic or project-based team environments.
