Service Administrator

DESCRIPTION

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways :

• Service-manufacture order opening, TECO, business complete and invoicing.
• Preparation of quotes for service/overhaul (SAP or other).
• Subcontract purchase requisition order – purchase order raising.
• Supplier liaison/parts and return tracking.
• Maintenance/updating relevant trackers.
• Maintain/update all details on SAP.
• Drafting repair plans, compiling complete job packs with documentation as necessary.
• Regular check ins/communication to technicians, adapting and updating information where necessary (including customer communications).
• Regular audit of job pack documents to ensure compliance and timely completion per service processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

• Service Advisor experience.
• Mechanical knowledge.
• Engine knowledge.
