DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a talented Service Advisor to join our team specializing in Service for our Distribution Business in Wellingborough.

RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

Service-manufacture order opening, TECO, business complete and invoicing.
Preparation of quotes for service/overhaul (SAP or other).
Subcontract purchase requisition order – purchase order raising.
Supplier liaison/parts and return tracking.
Maintenance/updating relevant trackers.
Maintain/update all details on SAP.
Drafting repair plans, compiling complete job packs with documentation as necessary.
Regular check ins/communication to technicians, adapting and updating information where necessary (including customer communications).
Regular audit of job pack documents to ensure compliance and timely completion per service processes.
