This is a permanent Stryker role in Russia- 3 days onsite Hybrid role.

Administers the efficient and economical movement of goods (e.g., materials, products, equipment) across international borders in accordance with organizational policies and in compliance with relevant local, country and international customs laws and processes. Prepares, reviews, approves and maintains files for import/export documents (e.g., customs declarations, a PO (purchase order), packing list, commercial invoice, SLI (shipper's letter of instruction), SED (shipper's export declaration), BOL (bill of lading), AWB (air waybill), IC (import certificate), etc.) required for the lawful completion of import/export activities. Ensures that commercial and sales invoices are accurate in accordance with physical shipment and customer's SLI, quantities, value of goods, country of origin and other regulatory requirements. Serves as an import/export liaison for international customers/subsidiaries, distribution, procurement, planning, manufacturing, intercompany finance, regulatory and import/export compliance functions.

This is an individual contributor role that requires the use of judgement in applying professional expertise and is expected to work independently with minimal supervision. Roles typically require a university degree or an extensive amount of practical knowledge gained through experience. Job requires an understanding and application of procedures and concepts of own discipline. The job requires the ability to make judgements based on practice and previous experience. This job typically requires a degree or equivalent and no experience.

Block 1: Product Management

1. Product Import into License Management Tool (LMT):

- Complete the License Management Import Template (LMIT) with:
  • Catalog Number,
  • GIM ID,
  • Product Description,
  • Price per unit in USD and EUR,
  • Business Unit affiliation,
  • Product Family (if available),
  • Technical Description.
- Upload the finalized template to the Data Import / Drop Off Location.
- Verify successful upload and reprocess if errors are detected.

2. Product Categorization via TRR (Tool Related Request):

- Monitor automatic generation of TRR records after upload.
- Confirm system-generated categorization:
  • MED (Medical Exceptions),
  • Export Controlled (US / EU / Canada),
  • Green (No licensing required).
- Collaborate with RAQA and Compliance to dispute or override incorrect categorization.
- Manually update TRR if necessary, based on approvals.

3. Finalization and Tracking:

- Document the final status of each product's categorization.
- Maintain internal tracking sheets for updates and manual changes.
- Identify SKUs requiring inclusion in export licenses.

4. Supporting Documentation Validation:

- Check for presence and accuracy of:
  • Product Family,
  • Technical Datasheet,
  • Instructions for Use (IFU, in English).
- Request and upload missing documents as needed.

Block 2: Legal Entity Management
  • Responsibilities:

- Verify and validate all legal entities involved: Distributors, Sub-distributors, End-users (Hospitals), Individual Entrepreneurs.
- Maintain an up-to-date list of entities and track status changes.
- Ensure collection and verification of Undertaking Statements where applicable.

Legal Entity Registration Process in LMT:

Step 1: Search for ITN (Tax ID) in the 'Entities' tab of LMT.
Step 2: Based on the result, follow one of the three paths:

  • Path 1: Entity not found

- Download and complete LMIT > 'Entities' tab with full entity details (ITN, name, address, phone, etc.).
- Upload via Drop Off.
- Wait 1 business day and confirm status as 'Under Review'.

  • Path 2: Entity found but status is 'Under Review'

- Upload the relevant letter:
  • End-users: Standard hospital letter,
  • Distributors/Sub-distributors: Role-specific engagement letter.
- Submit a TRR request for entity validation.

  • Path 3: Entity included in a US export license

- Locate the applicable US license in LMT.
- Confirm the entity's presence.
- Upload the letter template specific to US license inclusion.
- Submit TRR for final verification.

Block 3: License Request

License Application Preparation:

- Open the LMIT and navigate to the 'License Request' tab.
- Add all legal entities participating in the supply chain using the dropdown menu.
- Ensure entity roles are defined (e.g., Distributor, Sub-distributor, End-user, Carrier).
- If entity is missing — follow Block 2 procedure.
- Coordinate with Operations to add all logistics providers (DHL, brokers, etc.).
- Add all relevant product SKUs with:
  • Exact match in spelling and format (case sensitive),
  • Verified quantities,
  • Confirmed status and metadata from Block 1.
- Upload completed LMIT via Drop Off.

Sales orders block:

Upload proof of delivery on a periodic basis once the approved goods have been delivered to customers

What you will need:

- Minimum 0-2 years experience in export documentation, logistics, or compliance roles.
- Strong command of English (Intermediate level or higher).
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and working with structured data templates.
