What you will do
- Lead end-to-end customer implementations from kickoff through final delivery and handoff to Support, meeting agreed scope, schedule, and budget targets.
- Plan and maintain integrated project plans (work breakdown structure, milestones, critical path), updating forecasts as priorities shift.
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams to execute within quality standards and implementation methodology expectations.
- Identify risks and issues early, drive mitigation plans to closure, and escalate blockers when needed to keep delivery on track.
- Facilitate recurring status meetings with internal and customer stakeholders, document decisions and actions, and track action-item completion.
- Align stakeholders by gathering inputs, refining scope, and driving clear decisions with documented tradeoffs and impacts.
- Archive required deliverables and documentation on time and support project review and audit readiness.
- Close projects by transitioning processes to Sales and Support and capture post‑delivery lessons learned to improve future implementations.
What you will need
Required
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) required
- Minimum 4 years of professional work experience
- Ability to travel up to 25% throughout North America
Preferred
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Experience managing customer implementations in a professional services environment
- Experience supporting healthcare or software customers
Additional Information
- Work arrangement: Remote/ Field‑based, will only consider candidates that are located in Arizona, Colorado, Washington, Oregon or Utah.
- Travel: Up to 25% throughout North America.
- Relocation support: Not specified for this role.
$89,300 - $193,400 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
