As a Project Associate within Stryker’s Medical APAC PMO, you will play a critical role in driving consistency, accountability, and disciplined project delivery across the region. You’ll support day‑to‑day project coordination, maintain PMO governance, manage meeting cadences, and ensure key project documentation, communications, and processes are in place. You’ll also coordinate the Big Rocks reward and recognition program and contribute to continuous improvement across the PMO portfolio.

Key responsibilities
Monitor project progress, chase overdue tasks, and support adherence to PMO standards.
Coordinate and manage the Big Rocks reward and recognition program.
Organise and maintain PMO and project meeting cadences, including SteerCo meetings.
Support adoption and continuous improvement of PMO processes, templates, and governance.
Ensure project artefacts (business cases, charters, timelines, status updates, risk registers, retrospectives) are complete and maintained.
Support project close‑out activities, including documentation and SOP/work instruction creation.
Communicate project and continuous improvement completions to the Medical APAC team.
Coordinate post‑implementation value measurement surveys and consolidate insights.
Support ROI and benefits tracking for completed projects.
Identify opportunities to enhance PMO coordination, systems use, and ways of working.
Required experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in project coordination, executive support, or a similar role.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and facilitate meetings.
Excellent attention to detail, follow‑up, and task tracking abilities.
Demonstrated pattern‑spotting and risk identification across tasks/projects.
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship‑building skills, including in virtual settings.
Ability to work within standardised processes and systems.
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, multi‑time‑zone environment.
Preferred experience
Experience managing or supporting reward and recognition or engagement programs.
Exposure to large, cross‑regional project environments.
Familiarity with project management tools, processes, and governance.
Experience supporting risk or change management activities.
Ability to travel occasionally and work within a hybrid model.
