Modern Workplace Consultant – Identity & Security

We are looking for a Modern Workplace Consultant – Identity & Security to support our customers in designing and delivering secure Microsoft 365 environments, with a strong focus on Entra ID, identity, access, and security.

Practical Information:   

Location: Poland, Warsaw | Work Arrangement: Hybrid, with possibility of working Remotely | Reports to: Modern Workplace Team Lead | Visa Requirements: Valid working visa for Poland | Language requirements: Fluent level of Polish and English 

In this role, you will work on customer projects related to identity, security, and modernization of M365 environments.
This is a delivery‑focused consulting role, where you work closely with customers, architects, and security teams to design and implement practical, secure solutions.

• Design and implement Microsoft 365 solutions with focus on:
  • Entra ID / hybrid identity
  • Access and authentication
  • Security and compliance in M365
• Participate in security and modernization projects for customer environments
• Support migration projects from an identity and security perspective
• Work closely with architects, security, and compliance teams
• Provide technical consulting to customers (hands‑on, delivery‑first)
