We are seeking an RTR Manager – FSSC Americas to lead Record-to-Report operations across the region within our Finance Shared Services Center. You’ll oversee multi-country RTR processes, reinforce compliance, enable automation, and guide a team responsible for delivering accurate and timely financial results.
What you'll Do
Lead and develop the RTR team responsible for operations across the Americas region.
Manage end-to-end month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
Oversee GL, intercompany, fixed assets, reconciliations, and journal entry processes.
Ensure adherence to IFRS/US GAAP, internal controls, and audit requirements.
Drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement within the FSSC model.
