DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a talented Student – Sales Support to join our team specializing in Sales for our Distribution Business in Indianapolis, IN .
Only Pre-Collegiate Class of 2026 High School Seniors are eligible for this 9 week Program
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Support clean-up and organization of Salesforce user profiles, permission sets, and roles based on defined guidelines
- Help document key Salesforce objects and fields, including field definitions, values, and usage
- Assist in creating a data dictionary and supporting documentation such as Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs)
- Organize documentation into structured formats including Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
- Assist with ad-hoc documentation and data-related tasks as needed
RESPONSIBILITIES
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic understanding of Salesforce or CRM systems preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Ability to document processes clearly and effectively
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
