What You Will Do
As a Senior Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining, upgrading, and ensuring the safe operation of the facility. You will work with internal teams, outside contractors, and vendors to support daily operations, capital projects, and site infrastructure. Key responsibilities include:
Coordinate and oversee outside contractors for building, equipment, and infrastructure repairs.
Support Facilities Capital Expense Requests (CER), remodels, tenant improvements (TIs), and other maintenance-related projects.
Perform routine inspections of building and site systems, including generators, air compressors, electrical equipment, and rooftop HVAC units (RTUs).
Oversee HVAC and Building Automation Systems (BAS)
Provide on-site support to service vendors
Assist with daily facilities operations and support Facilities Technicians and staff with project coordination and records management.
Support operation and maintenance of the access control system (Security Expert) for alarms and badging.
Assist with monitoring and maintenance of the security camera system (Avigilon)
Operate site equipment as needed, including forklifts, facility trucks/plows, Kubota/Polaris vehicles, and hand and power tools.
Maintain facility documentation such as power diagrams, network diagrams, space utilization records, and badging system tracking.
What You Will Need
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
5 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related technical field.
Strong hands-on experience with building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and plant equipment.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, building plans, safety rules, and operating and maintenance manuals.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and internet-based research tools.
Ability to follow written, verbal, and diagrammatic instructions and solve problems involving multiple variables.
Preferred Qualifications
Trade certifications or licenses in electrical, mechanical, HVAC, or carpentry.
Prior experience with mechanical or electrical trades.
Safety and compliance experience.
Knowledge of computer-based systems such as BMS, CMS, and preventative maintenance (PM) platforms.
$36.71/hr - $51.62/hr plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors
Pay rate will not be below any applicable local minimum wage rates.
