As a Microsoft 365 Technical Consultant, you will:
- Map customer business requirements to technical solutions.
- Provide input and consultation during scoping and architecture phases of Digital Workplace projects.
- Design and implement system solutions leveraging deep knowledge of M365 technologies and associated workloads.
- Act as a subject matter expert for all things Microsoft 365.
- Develop detailed technical designs and execute project plans.
- Collaborate with project managers to meet timelines and deliverables.
- Identify and manage risks and issues with the project team.
- Engage with customer IT teams to ensure successful delivery.
