Workplace & Facilities Lead (Office Manager scope) – France

We are looking for a dynamic and personable Workplace & Facilities Lead to own and continuously improve the workplace experience across our French offices.
This diverse and key role goes beyond traditional office management, combining facilities operations, employee experience, vendor management, ESG initiatives, and stakeholder coordination to ensure a seamless, compliant, and engaging work environment.

You will act as the local owner of all workplace-related topics, working closely with leadership, HR, IT, Finance, and external partners.
