In this role you will translate business requirements into technical solutions, work closely with Product Owners, and contribute to our long‑term CRM platform evolution. Our Dynamics 365 environment is optimized and scaled for thousands of global sellers - far beyond "standard CRM" - offering a unique opportunity for continuous learning and technical growth. This role is a chance to grow into deep enterprise‑scale CRM engineering, while experimenting with agentic AI concepts and Microsoft’s latest cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance custom solutions in Dynamics 365 Sales & Customer Service, including plugins, extensions, workflows, and configurations
• Work within a customized enterprise CRM - understanding system architecture, business logic, and integrations
• Apply AI‑driven development concepts within CRM processes and support experimentation with emerging technologies
• Collaborate with Product Owners and cross‑country team members to refine requirements and translate them into robust technical designs
• Contribute to continuous delivery through quality code, documentation aligned with team standards, and proactive ownership
• Support integrations using Dataverse, the Power Platform, and Azure services
