Product Analytics Manager

Job Description

The Business Intelligence & Analytics organization in Client Services builds data platforms, analytics products, and AI‑enabled capabilities that support decision‑making across Risk, Client Services, and core business functions. This team plays a critical role in executing against this portfolio by translating business needs into clear, actionable product work and partnering closely with engineering and analytics teams.

We are seeking a Product Analytics Manager to support delivery of analytics and AI‑driven solutions. This is a hands‑on, individual contributor role focused on execution, backlog management, and delivery coordination across complex data environments.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting end‑to‑end execution of data, analytics, and AI solutions from intake through delivery
• Managing and maintaining product backlogs, including writing clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Partnering with engineering, Business Intelligence (BI), and data science teams to deliver scalable and compliant solutions
• Working with business stakeholders to clarify scope, requirements, and priorities
• Supporting delivery tracking, documentation, and stakeholder communications
• Contributing to analytics and AI use cases, pilots, and production capabilities

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager. 

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD, OR 8+ years of relevant work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD, OR 8+ years of relevant work experience.

3–6 years of experience in solutions management, product execution, business analysis, analytics, or technology delivery

Experience working with data platforms, analytics solutions, or AI‑enabled products

Strong ability to translate business needs into structured requirements

Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments

Strong communication skills and comfort working with technical and non‑technical stakeholders

Experience supporting analytics dashboards, data pipelines, or AI/Machine Learning solutions

Familiarity with SQL, data modeling concepts, or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)

Exposure to AI/ML concepts or data science workflows

Experience working in large, matrixed or global organizations
