Key Responsibilities:
- Manage requests and incidents for the global People & Culture and Legal application landscape.
- Support the design, testing, and rollout of new features, functionalities, and business processes.
- Collaborate with People & Culture and Legal stakeholders to evaluate needs and implement effective solutions.
- Provide end-user training and enablement, including creation of training materials and documentation.
- Support and maintain interconnected HR and Legal applications, ensuring smooth system operations.
- Work cross-functionally with other IT business domains (Sales, Finance, Services, Marketplace) on shared processes and solutions.
- Ensure quality, compliance, and documentation standards aligned with internal controls and audit requirements.
