Job Summary:

Supports sales force through reporting, system administration and internal & external data analyses by supporting clearly defined procedures under close supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting: Runs specific sales reports where a repetitive reporting task is well documented and supervision provided. Gathers data from others through existing templates, supports the consolidation of them as forecasting input. System Administration: Runs repetitive and well documented tasks on systems and tools (e.g. salesforce, WWSPS, BMS, Portal). Supports the review of user-entered data hosted on the systems by executing clearly defined procedures. Data Analyses (Internal & external): Conducts repetitive and well documented analyses on external sources (e.g. Polk, Dodge, RigDig, etc.). Supports the research of opportunities through secondary research. Gathers competitive data from secondary resources under strong supervision Supports internal sales analyses (e.g. variances, projections, costing, bundling) where the tasks are well documented and repetitive.

Project Schedule Management - Manages the planned schedule using the recommended schedule management tools and processes to drive completion within the agreed timeline.

Adapts to target audience - Explains complex topics (significant technical data, subject matter expertise, etc.) in such a way that the target audience (e.g. sales professionals, customers, training vendors, etc.) can understand, retain, and use the information

Integrates Customer Perspective - Incorporates an understanding of the customers' perspective on our products and sales efforts to develop sales content that improves our ability to meet their needs and increase revenue.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:

High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience:

Minimal or no work experience required.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Basic understanding of reporting and data handling concepts.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to follow structured processes with attention to detail.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Interest in sales operations, analytics, or business systems.
  • Graduation is required in Science, Technical, Commerce (except BA) and above.
  • Around 5 years’ experience of Handed Govt. account (preferably handled Rail account) and awareness of working on Govt. Portals
  • High awareness of MS office, Salesforce, Oracle and experience with other software-based sales and business tools desired.
  • Govt. Customer Sale understanding, technical sales awareness to work upon Techno-Commercial offer and P&L
  • Willingness to travel on daily basis and work closely with officials
  • Well versed with tenders, railways process, commercial terms & risk management
  • Experience supporting government accounts (preferably railways or other public sector customers).
  • Familiarity with working on government procurement portals and tendering systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Salesforce, Oracle, and other enterprise sales or business tools.
  • Understanding of government sales processes, techno-commercial proposals, and basic P&L concepts.
  • Knowledge of tendering procedures, commercial terms, and risk management practices.
  • Willingness to travel locally and work closely with government officials and institutional stakeholders
