Your Mission?
As Regional Sales Manager / Directeur commercial régional (H-F), you will lead a team of sales representatives (10 people) to achieve the commercial objectives set for our Sports Med portfolio (Endoscopy division) across the East of France, from Lille to Marseille.
Commercial Performance Management (Quantitative)
Define and deploy the regional commercial strategy in alignment with national objectives.
Develop, plan, and monitor the team’s commercial action plans.
Prioritize strategic accounts and identify high-potential growth opportunities.
Support the team in executing commercial activities: prospecting, demonstrations, trials, events, and product launches.
Regularly track performance (revenue, units, margin, conversion rate, etc.) and analyze variances.
Implement corrective actions when needed and ensure achievement of assigned targets.
Achievement of Qualitative Objectives
Ensure the quality and reliability of commercial data (CRM, field reporting).
Strengthen Stryker’s reputation and brand image by professionally managing sensitive situations and customer feedback.
Build long-term customer relationships through regular follow-up and a strong understanding of their needs.
Ensure the team maintains a high level of product knowledge through internal training programs.
Promote cross-divisional collaboration and synergies.
Sales Team Management
Recruit, onboard, train, and develop regional team members.
Set individual and team objectives, track performance, and conduct annual evaluations.
Engage and motivate the team around business priorities and Stryker’s values.
Provide regular field coaching (accompanied visits, feedback, development support).
Identify skill gaps and implement appropriate development plans.
Ensure operational management: organization, prioritization, planning, and internal coordination.
Reporting & Activity Analysis
Provide the Business Unit Manager or Business Unit Director with regular and concise analyses of regional activity and performance.
Prepare and update commercial forecasts (revenue, volumes, pipeline).
Prepare and present business reviews (monthly, quarterly, annual).
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of all reporting, including expense reports.
Compliance, Processes & Operational Excellence
Ensure adherence to integrity rules and regulatory requirements with customers and within the team.
Report any inappropriate behavior or quality issue (defective products, non-conforming events).
Oversee contributions to tender dossiers and monitor upcoming tenders.
Coordinate with Customer Service and Finance (orders, pricing, invoicing, disputes).
Support the Events team: sharing customer information, providing logistical support, helping organize conferences and trainings.
Actively contribute to continuous improvement of customer experience and competitive intelligence (market trends, product innovation, customer feedback).
Required Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Minimum of 8 years of sales experience with significant portion in Med Tech
Strong understanding of corporate financial data
Professional proficiency in written and spoken English

Fluent in English
This position requires availability and the ability to travel frequently across the eastern half of France.
