What you will do:
You will lead the process development for new product development at Stryker Robotics. In this role, you will review be responsible for:
Drive design for manufacturability reviews
Identify, audit, and develop external vendors to meet our quality standards
Develop the manufacturing and inspection process
Qualify equipment and validate critical processes and inspections to ensure a reliable production process
Manage prototype builds, lead times and budget to support project milestones
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
2+ years of relevant work experience
Preferred Skills:
Previous manufacturing experience
Experience reading and interpreting complex engineering drawings and understanding geometrical dimensioning and tolerancing
Experience with process development, controls and inspection- (e.g. Flow Chart, PFMEA, Control Plan, Validations and Measurement System Analysis).
Project management experience
Experience working in a highly regulated industry
Experience managing external vendors
Experience with GDT, DFM, and Gage R&R
United States of America Pay Ranges:
$77,700 - $129,500 USD Annual
