In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Deliver reliable equipment performance by applying deep expertise in troubleshooting, assembling, installing, testing, and maintaining mechanical systems—minimizing downtime and improving operational efficiency.
Ensure the right tools, machinery, and resources are selected and used effectively by collaborating with cross-functional teams, increasing productivity and reducing errors.
Uphold strict safety standards by confidently working with electrical and industrial energy sources, proactively identifying hazards, and taking immediate action to prevent incidents.
Serve as a go-to technical resource and informal leader, coordinating team efforts, guiding less experienced colleagues, and strengthening overall team capability.
Adapt quickly to shifting production demands and changing manufacturing conditions, maintaining performance and helping the team stay on track under pressure.
Champion Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) excellence by reporting risks, using proper PPE, correcting hazards, and promoting a culture of accountability and environmental responsibility.
Drive quality by performing precise work aligned with technical documentation, supporting failure analysis, conducting inspections, and improving preventive maintenance systems.
Improve delivery and operational outcomes by scheduling maintenance strategically, reducing constraints, solving process issues, and actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives like TPM.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience:
Significant work experience and in-depth knowledge obtained through specialized training and relevant experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Additional Info:
- Ensure all personnel use safety equipment.
- Verify the safety conditions of production equipment.
- Ensure departmental KPIs are met by contributing to their improvement.
- Optimize the use of expenses and materials, such as spare parts, to ensure the proper functioning of production equipment and facilities.
- Give a flow all emergency calls in the shift and assignee the resources necessary to solve the downs.
- Ensure the PM's programed in the machinery and equipment of production lines and report in Maximo system.
- Request the spare parts and consumables and define the Max and Min in order to keep the lines running.
- Lead the technicians Maintenance group in the shop.
