In the Wealth Management division, we help people, businesses and institutions build, preserve, and manage wealth so they can pursue their financial goals
Wealth Management (WM) Platforms manages industry-leading platforms, across all WM channels and client segments, to provide a unified digital experience, unlock growth, and deliver efficiencies for Advisors, Clients, and Institutions. WM Platforms consists of ten sub-teams including: Field Experience & Platforms, Digital Client Experience & Platforms, Workplace Platforms, Automation & Workflow, Digital Trading & Investing, Generative AI, UX Design & Research, Strategy & Execution, WM Platforms Risk, and the Chief Operating Office.
What you’ll do in the role:
- As part of the Financial Planning Platforms team, this individual will support the development and management of the firm’s financial planning and advice tools
- Significant focus on AI agent development and management, including prompt writing, agentic flow management and agent testing.
- Assist in the management of vendor-based tools and capabilities on the platform, and assist in the management of the vendor relationship.
- Partner with the firm’s project management team to maintain the Financial Planning team’s funding and project backlog records.
- Provide support to users in the field for issues escalated to the product management team from partner support teams.
- Assist in the preparation for senior management meetings, including PowerPoint presentation development and narrative construction.
Skills Required:
- BS/BA degree required. Advanced degrees and/or CFP a plus
- A minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience, preferably in financial planning, wealth management or product management.
- Awareness of financial planning software, and Envestnet MoneyGuide products in particular, a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills, ability to interact at all levels of the organization and tailor messages appropriately
- Strong presentation skills, including ability to create polished PowerPoint presentations for various levels of management
- Experience leveraging Artificial Intelligence platforms, ideally including prompt writing experience
- Strong analytical skills, ability to conduct data analysis in Microsoft Excel and identify data points critical for decision making
- Independent self-starter who can manage multiple activities to aggressive deadlines
- Awareness of SDLC processes (e.g., Waterfall) and Agile Methodology
- Experience working with cross functional teams, including UX, technology, analytics, marketing, communications, legal, risk and compliance.
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams
- Professional experience in the financial services industry, Wealth Management, or FinTech.
