可靠性工程师实习生将在导师的指导下，参与产品可靠性分析与方法支持相关工作。该岗位以学习和支持为导向，重点参与基础可靠性数据分析、分析方法持续改进机会的识别，以及可靠性培训和技术文档的整理与优化，为新产品开发和可靠性能力建设提供支撑。

The Reliability Engineering Intern will work under the guidance of experienced Reliability Engineers to support product reliability analysis and related methodologies. This role is learning- and support-oriented, with a primary focus on basic reliability data analysis, identification of continuous improvement opportunities in analysis methods, and organization and optimization of reliability training materials and technical documentation. The internship provides support to new product development and overall reliability capability building.

Key Responsibilities

• 基础可靠性数据分析支持参与基础可靠性数据的整理、清洗和可视化；使用已有方法对失效数据、寿命数据或测试数据进行初步分析；支持定量可靠性分析的基础工作，如趋势识别、简单模型对比结果解读；协助确认数据质量问题并提出改进建议.Support the organization, cleaning, and visualization of basic reliability data under the guidance of a mentor. Perform preliminary analysis of failure data, life data, or test data using established methods. Assist with foundational tasks in quantitative reliability analysis, such as trend identification and interpretation of simple model comparison results. Help identify data quality issues and propose improvement suggestions.

Compare different analytical approaches or simplified methods and suggest potential improvements or optimizations (independent decision-making is not required). Assist in summarizing common analysis pitfalls, data usage risks, and method applicability boundaries.
• 培训与技术文档整理和优化协助整理可靠性工程相关的培训材料；对已有文档进行结构优化、术语统一和可读性改进将复杂分析过程整理为清晰的步骤说明或示例，用于内部培训。Assist in organizing reliability engineering–related training materials, such as presentations, example datasets, and instruction documents. Optimize existing documentation by improving structure, terminology consistency, and readability. Convert complex analysis procedures into clear, step-by-step explanations or examples for internal training or onboarding purposes

Qualifications

本科或硕士在读，工程类或理工类相关专业（如可靠性、机械、电子、车辆、工业工程、统计等）

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an engineering or STEM-related discipline (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or related fields).

• 能使用 Excel / PowerPoint 进行数据整理和结果表达Proficient in using Excel and PowerPoint for data organization and result presentation
• 对可靠性工程、产品质量或工程分析有学习兴趣Strong interest in learning reliability engineering, product quality, or engineering analysis
• 具备良好的文档整理能力和逻辑表达能力Good documentation skills and logical communication ability
