Material Handler - 3rd Shift

We are looking for a talented Material Handler to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Cummins Inc. facility in Morristown, TN .

Job Summary:

Operates machines and production equipment in accordance with quality and productivity requirements safely in a manufacturing environment with limited guidance.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

Education, Licenses, Certifications:

• High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

• This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience:

• Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

This is a PIV employee who will work supporting Operations with material flow.

• Requires certification to operate powered industrial vehicles (reach trucks, order pickers, pallet rider, etc.) and/or other heavy machinery.
• This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
• Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
• Perform Cycle Count and other Inventory Management Related tasks as directed by the supervisor
• At-least 2 years driving forklift experience/ working experience as a PIV driver.
• Able to work in a warehouse environment
• Able to lift up to 15kgs
• Able to do identification, packing, putaway, picking and shipping
• Able to read and write simple English.
• Must have basic computer knowledge.
• Experience in handling in RF gun scanners.
• No cross-border relocation on this role.
