Bob Winslow, based in Silicon Valley, has excelled in various executive PR roles. He is a senior leader for APCO primarily focused on the tech sector, advising clients as they manage the disruption of an accelerated market for digital transformation. Prior to APCO, he ran global PR for Oracle where he was responsible for all aspects of the company’s communications. He is acknowledged for shifting the Oracle brand to a cloud and applications leader, building key influencer relationships, and utilizing data & analytics for more effective global communications. Bob managed crisis and issues communication for Oracle and its most senior executives.

Before Oracle, he enjoyed a twelve-year career at FleishmanHillard where he oversaw all industry sectors, practices, and intellectual property & products. In addition to running the firm’s global technology sector, he oversaw other sectors including healthcare, energy, consumer, public, financial, manufacturing and food, beverage & agriculture. He led the global effort to certify all FH counselors in a consistent approach to issues and crisis management. He personally advised several customer CEO’s through crisis and issues ranging from shareholder activism to personal life-threatening health to diversity in workforce. He personally advised SAP, Huawei, AT&T, Tencent, Samsung, Google and Salesforce.com in this role. Prior to FH, he was president of North America for global agency Text100, where he advised IBM, Xerox, and others.
