Crystal is a UX research manager for Smartsheet. With a background in teaching and instructional design, Crystal's research most often focuses on how people learn and adopt new tools. In addition, Crystal leads the Parent & Caregiver Support Group at Smartsheet. When she isn't working, she is a single mom to two elementary school two kiddos, Maguire and Harper, and an overly active dog Kota.
