I am developing and leading the strategy for implementation of the Johnson & Johnson Re-Ignite Program globally. Re-Ignite is a cross-J&J effort to bring individuals back into technical careers after some time off work (due to family commitments, etc.). The program focuses on individuals with Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, Manufacturing, and Design skills.
