Over the last 6 years, Joan has dedicated her time and energy to stay current with relevant HR trends and sharing them as an HR blogger, career podcaster, and FB live career guest speaker. She has 4.5 years of recent experience in administration supporting C-suite leaders and in her roles, Joan has consistently partnered closely with HR to collaborate on different initiatives. Her experiences have been in training and administration where she served as an HR Liaison in her last role with Arlington County Government for 2.5 years.
