
Marisa Taylor is the Head of Salesforce Architecture and Development where she is responsible for overseeing the enterprise implementation of Salesforce and leads global team of architects, business analysts and developers. Marisa joined S&P Global as a Business Analyst, leading an enterprise-wide order to cash transformation among many other large-scale projects. Always ready for a good brainstorming session, Marisa coaches her team to think creatively to find solutions that are scalable, flexible, and following best practices.
Prior to joining S&P Global, Marisa spent much of her career in the non-profit industry. Most recently she held a consulting role helping nonprofits implement and enhance their Salesforce capabilities. Marisa began working in the Salesforce ecosystem as an end user and quickly fell in love with the technology. She has over 15 years of project management, web development and database management experience. She holds 12 technical certifications, is a certified Salesforce Application Architect and is currently working on her Masters of Technology Management at Georgetown University. She received her B.S. in Information Technology from Western Governors University and Certificate of Negotiation and Conflict Resolution from the University of New Mexico.
