Nancy Cambron Perez (she/hers/ella) is a scholar-practitioner, HR thought leader, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion champion with 9+ years of experience. Her drive is fueled by creating diversity recruitment and retention strategies, partnering with Talent Acquisition and Learning and Development teams, and reimaging the employee experience. Nancy comes to us from Teladoc Health where she is currently the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Manager. Her role focuses on operationalizing a multi-year strategy designed to promote a culture of inclusion and belonging, attract talent, and leverage our Business Resource Groups (BRG) for business impact.
