Sarah Hagan, Ph.D. leads People Strategy & Operations at Smartsheet using analytics to understand employees and systems to make work better. She works across Smartsheet's People & Culture teams to bring data to people practices and ensure they're making the best decisions about employees. Before that, she worked at the Gates Foundation, Redfin, and Nordstrom conducting research and designing employee programs to continuously improve culture, leadership, and the work environment. Prior to this, Sarah spent a decade in academia researching personality, human behavior, and emotional regulation and has a bunch of publications that she's pretty sure have only been read by her mom.
