Taina helps clients honor their unique stories and align their practices with their core values. Her passion is serving clients who identify as BIWOC and/or LGBTQ+ and working with organizations that are committed to the long-term work of establishing equitable and justice-centered practices. With over 10 years of coaching experience and an academic background in women's and cultural studies, Taina brings an intersectional perspective to all of her work. This means that she focuses on the institutional barriers that need to be addressed in order to implement the solution-driven results of her practice.
