I’m a recruiter and coach with a background in advertising, design and branding. I started my career as a graphic designer and transitioned into recruiting in 2015. Over the years, I’ve also had a number of side hustles including: owning an e-commerce brand and working as a sound healer & reiki practitioner. I love bringing all these parts of me to any job I do. I graduated with a double B.A. from Fordham University in Visual Arts (Graphic Design) and English and later in my career became a Certified Co-Active Coach (CPCC).

Joint CEO, Kay & Black Talent Management
A failed copywriter and huge Bukowski fan, 20+ years later I am Joint CEO of Kay & Black, a boutique recruitment and coaching firm in NYC. I have spent over 20 years in the advertising industry and have witnessed and facilitated many career transitions – my own and others. I am passionate about making meaningful connections with an empathetic, human approach. I graduated with a B.A. in Psychology and later in life received my Masters Degree in Social Work.
