As recruiters and coaches with over 25 years of experience in advertising, we help our candidates and clients at the crossroads of transitions and opportunities every day. We have also both gone through several of our own career evolutions, from front desk admin to CEO + MSW and graphic designer to career coach + sound healer. We like to think over the course of thousands of candidate placements and career transitions made, we know a thing or two about how to reinvent yourself, and how to always continue to highlight your strengths and grow your skills.

We’d love to hear your questions, though a few things we may touch on are:

  • Connecting your vision and your values to your skills & experience
  • Recognizing and recording your achievements & successes
  • Imposter syndrome vs. channeling your inner champion
  • Using evidence to support your worth

Meet The Speakers

Kathryn Freund
Kathryn Freund
I’m a recruiter and coach with a background in advertising, design and branding. I started my career as a graphic designer and transitioned into recruiting in 2015. Over the years, I’ve also had a number of side hustles including: owning an e-commerce brand and working as a sound healer & reiki practitioner. I love bringing all these parts of me to any job I do. I graduated with a double B.A. from Fordham University in Visual Arts (Graphic Design) and English and later in my career became a Certified Co-Active Coach (CPCC).
