Daniella Kahane, CEO and Executive Director of WIN (Women in Negotiation) Summit, set out to break the pattern of talented women cutting themselves short and not fighting for the support and pay they deserved by teaching them the art of negotiation.

Meet The Speaker
Daniella Kahane is a Peabody award-winning filmmaker and content creator/producer, passionate about female empowerment since her very first documentary which explored the relevance of all-women colleges today.
She has served as Executive Director and CEO of WIN Summit since 2018. Kahane graduated from Barnard College, Columbia University, and School of the Arts, Columbia University.
