Ashley Olafsen is a TEDx speaker, Forbes-featured, 4x founder who is passionate about uplifting others and building impactful businesses.

She became an entrepreneur at the age of 16, when she gave an empowerment workshop to a group of eighth grade girls and Co-founded MOVE—a summer programs for teenage girls, focusing on self-esteem, body image, leadership, and more.

In her day to day, Ashley is a StartUp Coach at IFundWomen but, most recently, she Co-founded The Wildflower Company: a company that helps you cultivate a thoughtful and purposeful life via a planner, monthly workshops, and even 1:1 coaching.
