Anusha Meka

Principal Group Engineering Manager

Anusha Meka is an engineering leader with experience in building and managing highly scalable software solutions, design, architecture, end-to-end execution and delivery of enterprise-scale customer-facing applications, setting long-term technical, business strategy, product roadmap, and leading global teams. Recognized for hiring and growing diverse talent with empathy. She joined Microsoft in May 2019 leading Conversational AI for Azure CXP. Anusha is a strong advocate for D&I, she is a Career Development Workstream lead for Women at Microsoft Charlotte ERG, and speaker at Women in Tech and other tech conferences.

Brandy Paul is well-known for inspiring optimism, generating energy, and has a resounding reputation for building up others in each endeavor she pursues. After graduating from Baylor with both her bachelor’s and master’s in Computer Science, she spent much of her career architecting software for various financial systems. She has recently moved into the learning management space where she joined the mission to provide the next generation of tools for educating her consumers. She seeks solutions with a boundary-less approach that results in building systems with engineering excellence while fostering an environment of psychological safety where everyone is able to do their best work and is inspired to tenaciously pursue the right outcomes.
