Working from home is a tricky balance of focus, productivity, and boundaries. And when you don’t have the luxury of leaving work at the office, it can be hard to turn off.

Despite all of its perks, working from home produces many challenges, like difficulty focusing, a lack of work-life balance, and less time for self-care — and these challenges can affect our mental health.

So how do we avoid work-from-home fatigue?

Kenzi Tobyne is the Manager, Customer Success at Stack Overflow for the SMB & Enterprise Teams' business unit.

She has over 9 years of experience in Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success, primarily focused on the SaaS B2B Software, Employer Branding, and affiliate marketing verticals. She is primarily responsible for building + monitoring the Customer Success strategy across SMB & Enterprise market segments including key focus areas in: driving quantified value propositions to customers, tracking leading indicators via customer health metrics to understand customer themes, areas of opportunity and risk factors throughout the customer lifecycle, creating programmatic playbooks based on actionable customer health metrics for CSM's to deploy throughout key stages in the customer journey in an effort to drive business value to a variety of customer bases and reduce churn, and lastly relentlessly monitoring NRR as the north star subscription expansion metric of our Teams customers in the SMB & Enterprise market segments.

Prior to Stack Overflow, Kenzi excelled as a competitive Junior Olympic gymnast for 18 years.
