BIPOC Tech Summit with Hudson River Trading

Hudson River Trading hosted their first-ever BIPOC Tech Summit: a virtual platform for BIPOC undergraduate and experienced engineering talent to learn, talk, and network around tech in the quantitative finance industry! Attendees got an inside look at what it’s like to work in the world of automated trading, and had the opportunity to learn about the interesting technical problems they tackle on a daily basis. The summit included talks, panels, and networking sessions hosted by HRT engineers covering a wide scope of topics, including artificial intelligence in trading, demystifying decentralized finance, asynchronous programming, a “how to” guide on running a private cloud, and much more!
