Natalia Alvarez is a leadership communication coach specialized in working in uncertain, complex and task oriented environments.

She has more than 15 years’ academic and consultancy experience in international organizations such as the United Nations, the European Commission and top European universities including the University of East Anglia and University of Aberdeen.

She is a former human rights lawyer, holds a PhD in law and she is an accredited mediator qualified by the International Mediation Institute.

Natalia had successfully delivered projects ranging from designing a global leadership program for the United Nations to facilitating a dialogue between stakeholders for a company delivering a £62-million project in the UK.

Natalia coaches leaders to develop an effective and empathic communication approach that helps them to manage conflict, create collaboration and perform at the highest level.
